A domestic auto and motorcycle parts company recently completed the mass production of a new high-strength motorcycle main and countershaft. Addressing the pain points of traditional main and countershafts—such as easy wear and insufficient impact resistance—this product is made of 20CrMnTi alloy material processed through carburizing and quenching, achieving a hardness of HRC60-62. Wear resistance is improved by 40% compared to traditional products, and service life is extended by 1.5 times. The product has undergone 500 hours of bench fatigue testing and 20,000 kilometers of real-vehicle road testing, with transmission accuracy error controlled within 0.02mm. It is suitable for various motorcycle models, including motorcycles for both standard and off-road use. Furthermore, the company has optimized the gear profile design of the main and countershafts, adopting an involute spline structure to reduce transmission noise while improving power transmission efficiency. Currently, the product has received bulk orders from several well-known automakers such as Zongshen and Loncin, with a monthly production capacity of 20,000 sets. Sales revenue is expected to exceed 80 million yuan this year. Next, the company plans to launch customized versions of large-displacement motorcycles to further expand into the high-end market.
