Addressing the high-strength requirements of off-road motorcycles' transmission systems under complex road conditions, a domestic R&D team recently launched a dedicated main and countershaft for off-road motorcycles. This product is formed using a one-piece forging process, increasing shaft strength by 35%. It also features optimized bearing fit and high-temperature resistant sealed bearings, effectively preventing the ingress of mud, sand, and moisture, making it suitable for extreme riding environments such as mountains and deserts. It can operate stably within a temperature range of -20℃ to 80℃. Notably, the R&D team also adjusted the main and countershaft transmission ratio according to the power requirements of off-road riding, improving low-speed torque output for stronger acceleration from a standstill. This product has been certified by the international off-road motorcycle racing committee and has become a designated component for many professional off-road models. It is currently in mass production, with a market guide price 20% higher than ordinary main and countershafts, yet it has still gained popularity among many off-road enthusiasts.
